To maintain the integrity and comfort of the space, classes are for registered participants only. At this time, we do not allow children or pets in the studio during classes or workshops, unless it’s a specifically designated event.

Cancellations 12+ hours before class will be credited. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Specialty classes and Guest Workshops may differ. Refer to class description for policies.

What if I’m running late?

We ask that you arrive on time so you can fully experience class and warm up safely. For most classes, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be allowed to join for your safety and to respect the flow of the session.
